Brian Kratenstein

As a trial attorney with over twenty years of experience, I have represented both no-fault medical providers and insurance companies alike. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Long Island, I pursued my legal education in Connecticut and Michigan, ultimately returning to my home state after graduating from law school in 1999. Not long after law school, I started working as a plaintiff’s no-fault attorney, handling the collection of medical bills for doctors in New York who have provided treatment to people injured in motor vehicle accidents. During my time here, I gained extensive knowledge and understanding of medical injuries and treatment that stem from motor vehicle accidents.

Throughout my career, I have worked with and built strong relationships with attorneys and claims examiners for all major insurance companies such as Allstate, GEICO, and American Transit. With regular court appearances, I have also developed strong ties with Judges and court staff that have greatly benefited my clients’ interests.

Zealous advocacy is what you’ll get from me when you choose me as your legal representative. I strive to provide exceptional service to my clients both as an advocate and advisor. You can trust my opinion, as I promise to fearlessly pursue the prosecution or judicial proceedings necessary to obtain the best possible legal remedies for my clients.

I am humbled to know that I do not know everything, but thirst to learn and understand everything that presents itself to me. I embrace analytical thinking, the collection of facts, examination of information, analysis, and then the formation of an opinion.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, daughters and our dog. I’ve also been known to dabble in home renovation projects like painting, dry walling, construction, light electrical and plumbing work. If I can’t fix it, I know a guy who can. I believe in getting things done and if you don’t know how to do something, you learn.
