If I had to recommend a personal injury attorney to a loved one, I’d tell them to call Cellino Law.
I got rear-ended by a commercial van while my car was stopped at a stop sign, injured my knee and my hip pretty badly. My car insurance refused to pay for my medical treatment other than the Urgent Care visit from the day of the accident, even though I pay for good PIP coverage. My medical insurance also refused to pay for my treatment, their reasoning was that my car insurance is “primarily responsible” for covering accident-related injuries. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I was nearing 8 months without treatment, felt overwhelmed, angry, defeated. It was like there was no way of escaping the callous tactics insurance companies use to save money that’s merely pocket-change to them, at the expense of real people’s wellbeings. I decided that legal representation would be my best chance at fighting back. Cellino Law popped up on google and I got a good vibe when I called them for a consult, so I hired them.
My case manager is Jennifer, and the attorney who supervises her is named David. Within a FEW DAYS of hiring them, I went from getting no treatment to receiving a knee brace and physical therapy 2-3 times a week. 2 months later, they have been able to get advanced treatments approved such as cortisone injections.
I don’t have to lift a finger anymore, because Jennifer/David handle things for the most part. All I have to handle is scheduling my doctor appointments, and occasionally my doctor’s office needs my help getting/sending documents. But that’s it. No more fighting with insurance adjusters or filing appeals.
Jennifer/David are also kind and helpful as individuals. You can tell that they work hard. Whenever I call/email with a question/concern, they usually respond right away and are really good at explaining the gameplan.
I’m just glad that I was able to stumble upon Cellino Law, and I’m lucky enough to have Jennifer/David at my side for my recovery journey. I went from getting zero treatment and hopeless, to receiving good quality care and I’m finally hopeful that my injuries will be a thing of the past.
On a personal level, I am very grateful for the help I received from this law firm; attorney María Pavlatos and her team were always there to address my concerns. I thank them very much and highly recommend this firm.
