When you’ve been injured in an accident, choosing the right law firm to represent you can make a big difference in your case and your future. If your injuries are serious in nature, that choice becomes even more important. A larger law firm can provide resources, experience, and support that smaller firms often cannot.

If you’ve been injured due to someone else’s negligence, contact Cellino Law for assistance. Consultations at our firm are always free, and you don’t pay anything unless we win your case. Call, chat, or submit an online form any time to speak to a member of our legal team.

Resources a Larger Firm Brings to Your Case

A larger personal injury law firm will likely have more resources to put into your case. That includes access to a network of investigators, medical experts, and accident reconstruction specialists. These professionals can gather important evidence, review medical records, and provide expert opinions that strengthen your claim against the at-fault party.

Smaller firms may not have the same ability to take on the additional costs it requires to hire these professionals upfront. In serious injury cases, that difference matters. You don’t want to miss out on the evidence or expert opinions that could help secure the maximum compensation you deserve.

The Team Approach of a Big Law Firm

When you choose a larger firm, you’re not relying on one attorney to handle every single detail. Instead, you have an entire dedicated legal team working for you. Attorneys, paralegals, investigators, and support staff all play a role in moving your case forward.

This team approach can mean faster responses, fewer delays, and more thorough preparation. If someone is out of the office or tied up in court, there’s always another professional ready to step in and keep things moving. That can be especially helpful when your case is complicated or involves multiple defendants, such as in multi-car accidents or construction site injuries.

Negotiation Strength Against Insurance Companies

Insurance companies have their own teams of lawyers and adjusters. They work every day to limit what they pay to injury victims. Going up against them alone can feel overwhelming, but when you hire an experienced and sizable personal injury law firm, you even the playing field.

Bigger firms are used to handling tough negotiations. They know the tactics insurance companies use and how to push back. Having a well-known firm on your side can also signal to the other side that you’re serious. This can lead to stronger settlement offers and, if necessary, a more prepared team ready to go to trial. A larger firm can also dedicate specialists to handle communications with insurance adjusters, making sure nothing in your case is overlooked.

Trial Experience You Can Rely On

Not every case goes to trial, but you want to be ready if it does. Larger firms, like Cellino Law, have seasoned attorneys with significant courtroom experience. They’ve tried cases in front of judges and juries and know how to present evidence effectively.

If your case requires a trial, you’ll want a firm that has the resources and confidence to see it through. Smaller firms may not have the same level of experience or financial backing to handle a long, complex trial. Experienced trial attorneys can make the difference between fair compensation and a denied claim, especially in cases involving permanent injuries or complex liability issues.

Personal Attention at a Large Firm

Some people worry that at a bigger firm they’ll feel like just another case number. The truth is, at Cellino Law, we make it a priority to give clients the personal attention they deserve. Your case is assigned to a dedicated attorney and paralegal team who work with you from start to finish, treating you as a teammate — not a number.

A dedicated paralegal may handle regular communication, while your attorney focuses on strategy and negotiations. Many clients find comfort in knowing that a team is watching over every aspect of their case, and that they are only a phone call away.

Financial Strength to Support Serious Injury Claims

Serious injury cases can take months or even years to resolve. During that time, firms often need to pay for expert witnesses, medical records, and depositions. Larger firms are usually in a better position to cover those costs upfront so you don’t have to.

This financial strength also gives larger firms the ability to fight longer if needed. They won’t feel pressured to accept a low settlement just to move a case along. Instead, they can keep pushing for the outcome that truly supports your recovery. This ability to invest in your case can be especially important when your injuries require long-term medical care, rehabilitation, or ongoing treatment.

With size often comes a proven track record. Larger firms typically handle many cases each year, giving them broad experience with different types of accidents and injuries. This experience often translates into better results because the firm has seen what works—and what doesn’t—across countless cases.

At Cellino Law, Ross Cellino and his team of attorneys have recovered more than $2 billion in settlements for their clients over the years. That history of success is why so many injury victims have trusted the firm to handle their personal injury cases.

Reputation also matters. Insurance companies know which firms have the ability and the determination to take cases to trial. Many insurance companies will take larger firms more seriously, knowing that the firm has the resources and experience to pursue litigation if necessary.

Why Choosing the Right Firm Matters for You

Choosing a law firm is one of the most important decisions you’ll make after an accident. The size of the firm you choose can directly impact the resources available, the speed of communication, the strength of your case, and ultimately the amount of compensation you recover.

If your injuries are serious, hiring a larger, reputable firm may be the best choice. You’ll have a team of professionals supporting you, the financial strength to take your case as far as it needs to go, and the confidence that your claim is being handled by experienced trial attorneys. Knowing that your case is in capable hands can give you peace of mind during an already stressful time.

  • Cellino Law and more specifically my attorney, Gregory V. Pajak, Managing Attorney, and as a whole the Cellino Law Firm and its organization. This is by far one of the most professional law firms and attorney I have ever engaged with and retained in my 35 years. The level of professionalism goes beyond words, the care and constant engagement with me as the client was touching. I was never ever just treated as simply a CASE with potentially a significant dollar number attached to my file. I was engaged regularly, Tracey (Ass’t) and Greg always made sure to remain constant, as well as consistent in overseeing that my case was handled properly and that it did matter in many ways - ensuring that the end result(s) would be fair and reasonable to my case/injury. The regular follow-up calls were very satisfying, knowing that you’re involved in your case matters significantly AND always. One of my main items to recognize Cellino Law and Gregory is that whenever I called, I was able to get through to speak directly to my Lawyer and he would answer any if not all of my questions in a very professional and genuinely caring manner. I always felt cared for and protected legally and more importantly, I was made feel as a human being that was being cared for and always keeping me abreast of all matters connected to the case. There was never a point I felt let down, on the contrary -the level of service was “STELLAR”. Greg is the consummate professional, a ‘role model’, if you will, for what other attorneys should strive to become when dealing with their clients.

  • Choosing the right attorney to represent you after an accident can make all the difference. This is no cliche. I recently experienced these words to live by first hand. After a tractor trailer rear ended me at high speed in 2017 I retained Allan Silverstein to handle my case. I quickly realized that bringing a lawsuit rapidly snowballs into a mountain of details that can make or break your results. Documents, case histories, doctor visits, bills, and lots of phone calls all need to be accurately kept track of if a successful outcome it to be attained. To complicate matters I reside in New York and the incident took place in New Jersey. Luckily, Allan was licensed in multiple states. I was fortunate to find Allan to handle this matter from the New York area. Armed with an accurate account of the facts Allan went to work on the difficult job of negotiating with the defending insurance company as well as my no fault carrier in order to obtain the best possible outcome for my set of circumstances. In a lawsuit communication is key and and events can be of a timely nature. Allan never failed to return my calls - usually the same day! He fought skillfully and respectfully to get me the best possible settlement. He is easy to deal with and a likeable down to earth guy. He always listened with compassion and respect to my issues. He guided me with objective understanding as well as a realistic analysis of the merits of my case. When we finally settled Allan got me a fair agreement beyond my expectations and negotiated with my doctors to make sure all my bills were paid. It was a great experience having Allan represent me. Quality work in any aspect of life is hard to find. Quality is what I got with Allan Silverstein. I highly recommend him if you find yourself in need of a personal injury attorney.

  • I am writing this letter to say how much I appreciate your services pertaining to my case. Your injury attorney took a hands-on approach and left me fully informed at all times as to where my case was going as well as how much ground we had to cover; leaving the final decisions in my hands but making sure that I knew all of the risks involved in the choices. I have dealt with a few law firms in my life on various different cases and this is the first time that I never had to call and/or track down my lawyer… because of this, I have and will continue to recommend Cellino Law to my friends and associates.
