Two people were injured in a severe Long Island accident involving an ambulance vehicle on Friday, April 2. The Nassau County Police responded to the accident scene of multiple vehicles on Old Country Road and Zeckendorf Boulevard in Westbury sometime before 2 p.m.

According to the police report, the ambulance was traveling east on Old Country Road and was going to a medical emergency with its lights and sirens on. At that moment a black SUV directly crashed with the ambulance, spinning it around. Both vehicles then crashed a third vehicle.

The woman that was operating the third vehicle is well and didn’t ask for medical attention. The ambulance driver was taken to a hospital in a stable state. The SUV driver was seriously injured, but was in a stable condition and taken to a hospital.

Multiple vehicle accidents are complex and if you were involved and injured in such an accident, you might want to hire a car accident attorney as soon as possible. Many people worry that they might have somehow contributed to the accident and admit guilt right ahead. If you find yourself in such a situation, make sure not to say anything that could be used against you. Any phrase could be used against you and can affect the compensation claim (in case you decide to file for one).

The insurance company will try their best to find a way to deny the claim or offer a low amount that might not be enough to cover your medical bills, lost wages and other fees you had related to the accident. Cellino Law is here to help you go through this process and get your much-deserved compensation claim. Contact our office and schedule your first free consultation with a New York car accident lawyer

  • I am writing this letter to say how much I appreciate your services pertaining to my case. Your injury attorney took a hands-on approach and left me fully informed at all times as to where my case was going as well as how much ground we had to cover; leaving the final decisions in my hands but making sure that I knew all of the risks involved in the choices. I have dealt with a few law firms in my life on various different cases and this is the first time that I never had to call and/or track down my lawyer… because of this, I have and will continue to recommend Cellino Law to my friends and associates.

  • Cellino Law was a great company to work with. From the beginning they came out and met with my uncle and myself and assured us that everything would be taken care of from beginning to end our lawyer state and constant contact with us to make sure that everything would go smoothly and it did. I would definitely recommend anybody to go to Cellino Law for whatever help they need. And specifically please ask for the lawyer that we had Mr. Alan Silverstein. He was amazing and his staff was always attentive. Please go with them for your next law needs.
