Timothy Cellino

Similar to his siblings, Tim was introduced to the practice of law at a young age. His mother, father, and grandfather were all attorneys, and he routinely heard stories at the dinner table about how insurance companies would bully and mistreat injured plaintiffs and workers. He often heard the phrase, “The insurance company is in the business of collecting premiums and making money, not paying out settlements.” Over the years, Tim saw firsthand how rewarding it was to help injured clients receive compensation for life-altering injuries. His parents and grandfather ultimately inspired him to attend Suffolk University Law School.

While attending law school, Tim knew exactly what type of law he wanted to practice and began working as a law clerk at a large personal injury and workers’ compensation firm. After graduating and passing the Massachusetts and New York bar exams, Tim began his legal career in Boston, where he has represented hundreds of clients to date. In May 2022, he joined Cellino Law in the Melville office, and he now represents clients in both New York and Massachusetts.

When Tim is not at work, he spends time with his wife, their children, and their dog. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, reading, and following the Buffalo Bills.
