I represent individuals who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. I have litigated complex tort claims, including car accidents, slip and fall accidents, construction accidents, and product liability cases. I help individuals navigate the complex areas of insurance and tort law, and I zealously advocate for my clients in order to obtain the coverage and compensation they are entitled to.
Patrick concentrates his practice on complex personal injury actions. He is responsible for all aspects of litigation, including developing initial litigation strategies, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals. He is a strong advocate and takes a strategic approach to achieve anticipated, successful outcomes for his clients. He has tried cases in New York State Court and Federal Court.
Patrick received his J.D. in 2016 from SUNY Buffalo Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Buffalo Law Review. Prior to joining Cellino Law, he served as an Appellate Court Attorney with the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, where he handled numerous complex civil appeals. Patrick was previously a partner at a litigation boutique law firm that worked with several insurance companies, handling personal injury matters and advising insurance companies with respect to their coverage obligations.
Patrick uses his experience working in the court system and for insurance companies to advocate on behalf of his clients. He understands how insurance companies evaluate claims and litigate lawsuits, and he uses that knowledge to anticipate challenges and prepare stronger cases. He ensures that his clients receive the full and fair compensation they deserve.
Patrick has presented continuing legal education programs for the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Attorney General’s office, including on the subject of evidence in a civil trial.
