Trial Attorney
Michael P. Napolitano is a trial attorney who has dedicated his entire career to representing injured individuals and their families. From law school through his practice today, Michael has focused exclusively on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, helping New Yorkers navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives and secure the resources they need to move forward.
Michael’s interest in the law began at an early age, inspired by his grandfather’s distinguished career as a trial attorney. Michael earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he distinguished himself through his commitment to advocacy and trial practice. He was a dedicated member of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute (PTAI), one of the nation’s premier trial advocacy programs, competing in mock trial competitions across the country and serving on the program’s Executive Board. Through PTAI, Michael developed the courtroom skills, strategic thinking and advocacy experience that continue to shape his approach to representing clients.
While in law school, Michael received the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Pre-Trial Advocacy. That recognition reflects a critical aspect of personal injury practice: most cases are resolved through settlement before trial. Achieving exceptional results depends on the preparation, strategy, discovery, negotiation, and advocacy that take place long before a jury is ever selected. The award recognized Michael’s ability to excel in those critical areas, while his extensive trial advocacy training ensured he was equally prepared to take a case to trial when necessary.
Since beginning his legal career, Michael has remained committed to representing injured victims and their families. Through his thorough preparation, attention to detail, and relentless advocacy, he has consistently secured millions of dollars each year for his clients. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death matters, premises liability cases, slip-and-fall accidents, boating accidents, dog bite cases, municipal liability, negligent roadway design, and other negligence actions.

His results have also earned recognition from TopVerdict, including placement among the Top 10 New York Motor Vehicle Settlements and Top 50 New York Personal Injury Settlements in New York in recent years.
