I am an attorney who brings experience from insurance defense and complex commercial litigation to advocating for injured individuals. I am driven by a desire to help people in a meaningful way and proud to serve clients in Western New York while staying grounded in family and community.
Mark grew up in a small town in Genesee County, located between Buffalo and Rochester. After earning an undergraduate degree in Buffalo, he moved to Columbus to attend law school and then to Chicago to begin his legal career. While in Chicago, Mark worked in the legal department of one of the largest insurance companies in the world.
Early in his career, Mark decided there was no place like home and returned to Western New York in 2006. For the next six years, he worked at a law firm representing insurance companies and defendants sued by injured individuals. Mark later shifted his practice to commercial litigation, spending nine years at a large firm focused on complex business disputes involving individuals and companies.
After years of representing insurance carriers and commercial entities, Mark began to question whether his work was making a meaningful difference. The opportunity to help individuals injured by the negligence of others led him to join the Cellino Law team, where he now advocates for clients seeking accountability and fair outcomes.
Outside of the courtroom, Mark spends most of his time with his wife, Julie, and their three children, attending sporting events and other family activities.
