Daniel Lipner

Daniel C. Lipner is a Trial Attorney based in Manhattan, New York, dedicated to representing injured individuals and helping them recover after life-changing accidents. Since beginning his legal career, Daniel has built a reputation for being a determined advocate who combines strategic litigation skills with a client-first approach.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2018, where he developed a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy. Prior to law school, he attended Queens College CUNY, graduating in 2015. His academic background, combined with his passion for helping others, ultimately led him to pursue a career in personal injury law.

Admitted to practice in New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Daniel is committed to protecting the rights of injured clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
