Christopher D’Amato

Since joining Cellino Law in 1998, my goal has always been to get the best possible result for each of my clients. I achieve this by knowing when to take a case all the way to trial and when to settle. Whether it’s an injury from an automobile accident, a fall, or a dog bite, I will not accept anything less than what my clients fully deserve.

In every case I handle, I strive to develop a personal relationship with my client so that I can fully understand how the injury has affected his or her life. As a proud father, I understand how an injury to one family member can affect the family as a whole. It is with that personal knowledge that I am able to help each client through this difficult period.

Cellino Law is an amazing law firm. My husband and I were involved in a very bad car accident almost 5 years ago. After arriving home from the hospital I called what was Cellino and Barnes at the time and was assigned an attorney, Chris D’Amato. He was very prompt in returning my calls and answering any question I might of had. Chris immediately sent his investigators out for photos of injuries and to talk with local police. We also dealt with his paralegal he had at the time, Melanie. She was so helpful with the insurance companies. While still in the process of our cases we were given a new paralegal, Sara Moshier. What a God send she was. The transition was effortless, it was as if we had been dealing with her the whole time. Last thing I wanted to do after a terrible trauma was deal with insurance companies, Sara made the experience so easy and answered any question i had. She walked me through the process and let me tell you it is quite a lengthy process with many different parts. Sara was right on top of everything. When it came time to sign for the settlement, she made sure all i were dotted and t crossed. Sara is very efficient in her responsibilities for her clients. She is also a pleasure to speak with.
