A man was killed in a two-car collision in Albion on February 17. According to the New York State Police, a vehicle that was going eastbound on West County House Road attempted to turn left into a driveway and directly crashed a Jeep that was driving westbound. The accident happened around 3:30 p.m.

The Jeep flipped over several times; the driver was ejected. The driver was identified as forty-six-year-old Steen Noah from Hamlin and was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the state police, Noah was not wearing a seat belt when the accident happened. Police are still investigating this two-car collision in Albion.

If you were a victim of a direct accident, your recovery may take a long time, therefore your medical bills will pile up. It’s essential to seek a compensation claim from the liable driver’s insurance company.

In most cases this doesn’t just go smoothly – you ask for the amount and the insurers give it to you. This is why you need a skilled car accident attorney. Not all know how to write a demand letter, or know that the first low-ball offer should not be accepted. The insurance company is testing you to see whether they can go with a low offer. But, having an attorney means having someone to advise you not to take the first offer. You don’t have to accept anything during your recovery; you simply can’t know how much money will the cost of your medical treatment.

If you have dilemmas, unanswered questions or simply want guidance in the legal process, be sure to call a New York car accident attorney.

  • I am writing this letter to say how much I appreciate your services pertaining to my case. Your injury attorney took a hands-on approach and left me fully informed at all times as to where my case was going as well as how much ground we had to cover; leaving the final decisions in my hands but making sure that I knew all of the risks involved in the choices. I have dealt with a few law firms in my life on various different cases and this is the first time that I never had to call and/or track down my lawyer… because of this, I have and will continue to recommend Cellino Law to my friends and associates.

  • Thank you for your efforts on my behalf. I am very pleased (and surprised) at the amount of the settlement. We will use the funds to help pay down the debt on the truck we had to purchase after ours was totaled. Thank you again.
