Five people were injured when a car jumped a curb and plowed into a pedestrian following a Brooklyn multivehicle accident on Friday afternoon, March 26. The crash happened at Flatlands Avenue and Flatbush Avenue in the Flatlands section shortly before 1 p.m.

According to the police, two cars were involved and video footage from CitizenApp shows that first responders were helping injured people at the accident scene. Five people reported injuries – the pedestrian and two people in each of the vehicles.

None of the people had life-threatening injuries. The police don’t suspect any criminality and the investigation into the Brooklyn multivehicle accident continues.

When a multiple accident happens, things become complicated; whose fault was it, how many compensation claims should you seek. The best way to be sure that you’re doing things right is to hire a car accident attorney. They would know what steps you should take. If you were injured in an accident that happened because of someone else’s careless driving or negligence, you should file a compensation claim. If the accident involved more than two vehicles, you can seek a claim from everyone involved in the accident.

However, not every case is black or white and your attorney should first review your case and then tell you what are your best options. Dealing with your injuries, medical bills, lost wages and staying in a good mental state can be especially challenging after an accident. Your attorney will do their best to help you get the claim you need to cover all your accident-related expenses.

Our team of New York car accident attorneys at Cellino Law are here for you; we’ll review your accident case and do our investigation that will help us have a better understanding. Allow us to stand by your side and help you get your much-deserved claim.

  • Cellino Law is an amazing firm with a great team. I worked with Greg Pajak and his assistant, Tracey Falconer. I cannot express enough how dedicated they are. The personal attention I received was excellent; they were always available to help with questions and concerns and put me at ease in the unknown territory I found myself in. I highly recommend them to anyone needing representation. A huge thank you to them for all they accomplished for me!

  • Thank you for your efforts on my behalf. I am very pleased (and surprised) at the amount of the settlement. We will use the funds to help pay down the debt on the truck we had to purchase after ours was totaled. Thank you again.
