Two women were killed in a Brooklyn hit-and-run accident on December 14. The fatal crash took place at Flatlands and Pennsylvania Avenue in East New York.

According to the police, a gray BMW was going southbound on Pennsylvania Avenue when it hit a Toyota Camry that was going east on Flatlands Avenue.

The driver and passenger of the Toyota Camry were taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County where they were pronounced dead.

After the crash, two unidentified male occupants of the BMW escaped the location on foot. The New York Police Department’s Highway Collision Squad is investigating the crash. According to an eyewitness the BMW was going at a high speed.

For now, the identities of the victims are not released and are pending proper family notifications.

Fatal accidents are never easy. Losing a family member in such an accident is a tragedy. In case it was a hit-and-run, things are even more complex since there is no liable driver.

However, if this is your case, don’t lose hope and don’t give up. It’s essential that you seek legal help from a car accident attorney.

Your lawyer would gather the evidence, seek surveillance camera footage if necessary, and would collaborate with the police.

If you were injured in an accident, besides the medical help, seek help from a lawyer. Not everyone is entirely familiar with the legal labyrinths and the whole thing may make things confusing.

Many people wonder if the insurance company would pay them for their injuries. To avoid any risks of getting underpaid or not getting the claim, our team at Cellino Law is here to help you with your case. We offer you a free evaluation of your case. Contact our office today and schedule your consultation with a New York car accident lawyer.

  • This letter is to thank Ms. Diane D’Andrea, assistant to Mr. George Gridelli, Attny for all the hard work, dedication, and attentiveness she showed during the representation of my case. She was always cheerful and ready to help in whatever way she could. All messages left for Mr. Gridelli were always relayed and Mr. Gridelli always promptly returned our calls. She was a very competent assistant. Cellino Law has proven to be a model of what legal representation should be. Throughout the 6 ½ years of this case, I have heard many horror stories from people with “bad lawyer stories.” We consider ourselves to be very lucky to have chosen Cellino Law and will always recommend you to those looking for good, honest representation with a personal touch.
