Michael Grazio has always been drawn to work that allows him to directly advocate for and support people during important moments in their lives. Born and raised on Long Island, he developed strong ties to the local community and an appreciation for the value of hard work, accountability, and treating people with respect. Those values continue to shape the way he approaches both his clients and his practice today. Michael is a graduate of Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law, where he earned his law degree with honors.
Michael also earned his undergraduate degree from American University. Since beginning his legal career, he has built extensive litigation experience handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, construction accidents, and premises liability claims.
Before joining the firm, Michael represented hospitals, commercial property owners, contractors, and other institutional clients in complex civil litigation. He has successfully tried complex cases to verdict and developed a reputation for being prepared, strategic, and relentless in advocating for his clients. His experience on the defense side provides him with valuable insight into how insurance carriers, corporations, and defense teams evaluate and litigate serious claims.
Outside of the office, Michael values family, personal growth, and maintaining strong connections with the people and communities around him. He brings the same energy, discipline, and commitment to his personal life that he brings to every client he represents.
