Margaret (“Maggie”) Murolo’s path to the law has been shaped by more than a decade of work as a registered nurse and more than five years as a small business owner. Working as a clinical bedside nurse and healthcare consultant, Maggie developed firsthand insight into patient care, medical standards, and the critical importance of advocacy. These experiences ultimately inspired her to pursue a legal career where she could continue fighting for individuals navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Maggie attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she graduated fifth in her class and served as Managing Editor of the Connecticut Law Review. During law school, she competed in mock trial and negotiation competitions, engaged actively in health law organizations, and earned multiple CALI Awards along with formal recognition for academic excellence.

Today, Maggie practices at Cellino Law, representing clients in personal injury litigation across all phases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Her unique combination of legal training, healthcare expertise, and business acumen allows her to approach complex medical cases with strategic precision, critical synthesis, and deep empathy.

Beyond her casework, Maggie remains actively involved in the legal community and her local community. Maggie currently serves as a District 9 Delegate to the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA), is a Connecticut Bar Association Presidential Fellow, serves as Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Health Law Committee, a member of the Hartford County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Executive Committee, and as a Commissioner for the Town of Hamden’s Economic Planning Commission.

Outside the office, Maggie enjoys nature walks, yoga, salsa dancing, writing poetry, and traveling with her wife.
