A thirty-eight-year-old man was critically injured after he was involved in an accident. The force of impact from the crash with a luxury sports car ejected the victim from a minibus. According to the officials, the crash happened in Brooklyn Sunday.

The medics rushed to help the man and transport him to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition. The drivers stayed at the scene. There are no immediate charges filed. The entire front end of the sports car was entirely wrecked from the crash.

Being involved in a car accident is something that can drastically change your life. None of us goes out on the street thinking that it could happen to us. No matter how careful a driver you may be, you can never be sure about the others.

It takes just a small distraction such as one glance at your phone to lose control over your vehicle or not stop on time. Speeding is another factor that contributes to accidents. The faster you go, the harder it would be to stop the vehicle abruptly if needed.

Alcohol, drugs, fatigue, faulty car parts, road hazards are just a few other reasons why an accident could happen.

If you are injured in a car accident, the smartest thing you can do (after seeking medical help) is contacting a car accident attorney. This should be done fast. Your lawyer will advise you on what to say, will start their investigation, collect evidence, and will help you file a compensation claim. Since insurance companies aren’t fond of giving high settlements, your attorney will negotiate with them if needed.

Our team at Cellino Law has long experience with car accident cases. We know what it takes to help our clients get their deserved settlements.
