Traffic was slowed for several hours after a New York man died in a tractor-trailer crash on the night of October 12 on Interstate 80 near Bellefonte.
Sometime around 6:30 p.m., the driver of the first vehicle, a 2018 Kenworth W900, was going northbound on Interstate 99 and joined the Interstate 80 east on-ramp, state police at Rockview said.
