Role Description
Cellino Law is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented New Jersey Personal Injury Paralegal with plaintiff litigation experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including document preparation, case management, and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic files
- Process Automobile claims – including filing No-Fault applications, processing lost wages claims, submitting disability notes
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing correspondence
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties
- Assist attorneys with case preparation
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies such as NYSCEF and PACER
- Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and court appearances
- Other duties as assigned by attorneys
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in New Jersey plaintiff personal injury field required
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Customer service minded
- Deadline and detail-oriented
