Role Description

Cellino Law is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented New Jersey Personal Injury Paralegal with plaintiff litigation experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including document preparation, case management, and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Process Automobile claims – including filing No-Fault applications, processing lost wages claims, submitting disability notes
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing correspondence
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies such as NYSCEF and PACER
  • Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and court appearances
  • Other duties as assigned by attorneys

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in New Jersey plaintiff personal injury field required
  •  Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  •  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  •  Ability to prioritize and multitask
  •  Customer service minded
  •  Deadline and detail-oriented
